This definitely looks like a nice fresh and clean sandwich. Definitely would like it a little heftier but like you said I think the fact that it's neat and presented well puts it in the 4 category. I think a lot of these city and especially city center restaurants are going for neat and tight sandwiches as opposed to behemoths. Man if you're ever in DC and want a monster OG cold cut hoagie hit up Subb's on Rhode Island Ave in NE. Carl is the owner, old head, and his subs are monsters and delicious.
