I told her my great grandmother made something simular.. She & her 2 friends sat & laughed cried had your sandwich with cucumber & onion picked.. & melon I was able to eat half sandwich... I ❤ watching you, Mama T already. You are a real blessing, tht says a blessing before savoring your meals. God wants, and deserves the praise for what he has bless us with from the earth. I use The Albacore tuna, but, some reason..I like the oiled albacore, because to me, it makes the tuna more flavorful, but I just drain all the oil bfore preparation, and fluff the tuna also. I have to have minced onion, fresh celery, and a little bit of celery seeds, sweet relish, Hellmans mayo, only. dill pickles, to the side, wth shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and sliced egg in a seperate salad, with dressing on it.🥬🍅🥚 Yum…Yum! You finished sandwich plate looked soo appetizing!🫒🍅🍞🥬

Great recipe. Definitely a southern tuna. I use the same but instead of celery I use the celery seeds and pass on the bell peppers. I love tuna. I always make it here using 8 to 10 cans 😋😋

Yes, Ma'am! Your tuna salad looks delicious. I only use the albacore tuna as well. I also like to chip a red delicious apple into small cubes and add that. Tuna salad is always on our summer menus.

I love the albacore tuna also and I make it similar to you but I've never used pimento and it appears you are using dill pickles where I use sweet. Everything else is pretty much the same but I do love onion and sometimes I use Swiss cheese diced in it. Thank you so much for sharing and I will be trying the pimento. God Bless😊

Hi Don’t like tuna . Have had breast cancer both side. Before chemo never ate seafood of any kind. But now love fish and shrimp.
