230g Sugar
175g Flour
30g Vegetable oil
10g Baking powder
5 tbsp Boiling water
Berry syrup:
40g Berries
150ml Water
100g Sugar
Mascarpone cream
250g Mascarpone Cheese
200g Powdered Sugar
250g Heavy cream
Chocolate decoration:
25g Heavy cream
10g Dark Chocolate
Bake at 180 C (350 F) for 45-50 minutes
