🍓 Delicious Strawberry Dessert with Phyllo Dough 🍰

Today we’re making an incredibly delicious strawberry dessert with phyllo dough. This dessert is perfect for any occasion and is sure to be a family favorite!
Ingredients:
• Phyllo dough
• Fresh strawberries (sweet)
• Cottage cheese - 180 g (6.35 oz)
• Cornstarch - 10 g (0.35 oz)
• Honey - 2-3 tbsp (or sweetener)
• Greek yogurt - 120 g (4.23 oz)
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Sugar or sweetener to taste (none added in the video)
Instructions:
1) Prepare all ingredients before taking the phyllo dough out of the package, as it dries out quickly.
2) Cut the strawberries into cubes and add cornstarch.
3) Add egg white and honey to the cottage cheese. If the cheese is grainy, blend it.
4) Spread the strawberry and cheese filling on the phyllo dough as shown in the video.
5) For the topping, mix Greek yogurt and egg yolk. Add sugar or sweetener to taste if desired.
6) The topping should cover the dough completely. If there isn't enough, make a double portion of the topping.
7) Pour the topping over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30-40 minutes.
8) Enjoy this incredibly delicious strawberry dessert.
