Ingredients:
👉🏻 100 g of natural or vegetable yogurt
👉🏻 2 eggs
👉🏻 1 tbsp of stevia
👉🏻 130 g of flour I used: 6o g rice flour + 70 g of ground almonds
👉🏻 1 tsp of baking powder
👉🏻 50 g of butter
🔥 Oven 170°c for 35-40 minutes
Let cool before cutting. Keeps well covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
