Delicious Summer Jelly Noodles Made From Corn Starch

I use half bowl of corn starch (4 Oz) , and two and half of bowl water (total 20 Oz) to make the noodle block. The ratio of corn starch to water is 1 to 5.

maybe put it through a cheese grater

Meaby put it on the backpaper . Make it thin and than in the fridge 😊 Later you can cut the noodles with the knife.
