I made "tokoroten" (a kind of jelly made from seaweed) .
Tokoroten can be eaten both as a dessert and as a side dish. It is basically the same as agar-agar jelly, with a slight difference in the preparing process.
Tokoroten is almost 0kcal and rich in water-soluble dietary fiber, so it is a perfect healthy dessert especially when you're on a diet :)
■Ingredients■
25g tengusa
2000ml water
1tbsp vinegar
[Black syrup]
Okinawa black sugar
water
[Vinegar sauce]
5tbsp dashi stock
1tbsp rice vinegar
1tbsp soy sauce
