Welcome Grilla fam how we doing? Chef Ed here with Grilla Grills. I am excited today to actually be able to work with one of our newest grills that we had to our line at Grilla Grills. We have the Primate -- it's a grill, a griddle, has a double-walled insulated lid. Unbelievable. This morning we're actually going to be working with some bagels, some eggs, some pancakes, some hash brown, some bacon, and who knows what else we're going to find to throw on the grill today so stay tuned, here we go.
We're gonna start with some hash browns as you can see. We have the griddle on here this morning, not the grill. But we have the griddle on here that's nice and hot. Consistency is wonderful right now. We have half the griddle over here on medium to high the other half on medium because we're gonna do everything at one time this morning. As you're working your hash browns remember one thing and anything with breakfast: fat is flavor. So we're going to start with some whole butter get a nice bit of butter down there then drop your hash browns down. Your hash browns are going to take the longest. You want nice crispy hash browns everybody loves those. That nice golden brown color to them and of course that's what we like. Again don't be afraid to add a little bit more butter to the top, we love butter, we love flavor. Okay next as those are working I'm gonna throw some bagels on. I have a couple of bagels here and what do: again I like to throw a little bit of butter on the grill. Next, let's throw some meat on as you know me, Mark, and everybody at Grilla Grills we have a thing about bacon. If you don't have bacon the recipe isn't good. As you notice I didn't throw any butter down for the bacon or for the sausage. They contain enough fat in themselves. It's going to be released as they cook and what we're going to do at the same time: we're actually going to take the grease that's actually already on the griddle and actually use that for the eggs. Those harsh browns are looking great beautiful color here oh look at that.
As you can see I'm adding a little bit more bacon to the grill and I'm going to use the bacon fat off this grill to cook my eggs. I've turned my left side down even further than what I had before just to hold my food nice and hot so I can serve it all at one time for breakfast.
As you can see we have a whole entire breakfast on the grill at one time anywhere from pancakes to bacon you can even do french toast. If you feel like doing some eggs benedict out here try some eggs benedict. It's all up to what you want and what you can do on your grill. Here's a quick and easy tip on those on the eggs: cook them three-quarters of the way through or halfway through on one side, then flip them over. The longer you cook them on one side the easier it is for you to finish off at the other side. They flip over really nice on this.
