Just bought this yesterday. It initially smelt like Vapor rub but I loove the dry down. It’s very difficult to explain the scent but I enjoy it’s complexity. I’m a fresh scent kind of girl and dabble with a bit of gourmand/oud here and there, so this surprised me!

I love Bibliotheque and it is in my top 5 favourites. I also own Gypsy water. Unnamed is next but I will have to check out Mixed Emotions.

I was very surprised by this one. I got samples with my gypsy water oil which of course I got to go with my 100 ml bottle of gypsy water. They sent this and mojave ghost. Mixed emotions was a bit of confusion at first for me but as it settled I really started to dig it. Need more time with it but it may be a future purchase due to its uniqueness. It’s certainly different and not in a bad way.

I thought I would hate this. I got a sample and I cannot stop using it. It smells so unique and amazing. I am not a "tea" fan usually. I get a woody note at first smell

I think this one is full bottle worthy. I used to have 4 byredo scents, down to just Gypsy Water. Tried this today! It’s a huge like. I like this better than Black Saffron. Great entry to smoky leathery scent.

I just went to a store that had 10 Byredo perfumes. Didn't think any were full bottle worthy but Bibliotheque was the most interesting. Probably going to pass on this house in the future, they were all too floral and/or fresh for me.

I got a sample of this. Not my favorite. I got tired of it half way through my day. There is something in it I am not loving. I prefer Mojave ghost and gypsy water, if that gives you an idea of my preferences.

YES! I definitely got that same note in the top note! I literally thought “this smells like cough syrup” But as it settles, the base notes starts to smell good.

I have the 100ml bottle and my main complaint is that this one fades away pretty quickly despite initially giving the impression of a perfume with staying power. Also more of a Fall/Winter perfume, and def don't want to wear it at the office

I said it was terrible! I hate it. It is so smoky on me and I said on your video that it smelled like smoke meat to me and they sent me two more vials with my last order, no way to choose what to get with orders online. Now I have three vials that I have to get rid of along with the other samples that didn’t work out, world problems.😂 I think this is the first Byredo scent that I’ve seen you’ve reviewed that you liked and some that you’ve reviewed that you weren’t a fan of I was. So I learned that when it comes to Byredo and Parfums de Marly houses we don’t see eye to eye.😊
