Hi, I have just found you and custard slices are a favourite of my husband. I will be giving this a go, I love baking but am very much a user of Metric so oz and Fahrenheit is not what I am used to. Thanks for sharing.

Mountstevens closed down years ago, I remember going to Fishponds factory to see. The funny thing is you don't see Custard Tarts' around and fresh cream cakes 😋 even I don't sell them anymore only Custard slices 😀 as you can see 😀 laters Steve
