@@karlazarate5692 Hi Karla, no I never found the recipe -- and tried to look again, just now. I did locate other recipes she posted, but not these cookies. I wonder though...because I watched this video again, and perhaps you could almost estimate the amounts, because she almost seems to approximate the quantities as she adds them. Except for the oats, which she does weigh. And, now that you have asked also, I am almost tempted to do just that...make a guess at the measurements, and then just add oats until the consistency is like her video. If I do experiment, I will come back and tell you the quantities I used, and whether the cookies came out okay!

+Jo Ellen its because at the end you see the version with sultanas*raisin* in them and on the video she never mention them during the process. I do not even thing , that she had them when she forms the cookies , maybe it was another batch of cookies at the end. :) but they still look a bit overcook!

Hey! I am also celiac and you could use glutten free oats. They are some companies who have certified glutten free oats, just look for them at your grocery store or buy them online. You could also buy quinoa oats.

*+Natalie Bocking* It's a guest board. If you look closer, you'll see various people have left notes on it and signed their names, so it's possible she didn't even write the kale thing herself. It could be worse. I had a guest wall in my house for years, and friends were constantly trying to out-do each other with crude jokes and X-rated drawings over the 20 years I had it. LOL It was good for shocking boring people.

One thing I see so much of while making meals on video is people running there hands through hair or touching face or other skeevy actions. Safety and sanitation is paramount in food handling at home or in a business. Otherwise, you can make someone sick or even incur great liability for a company. It seems a lot of people in the food world focus on looking pretty at the expense of a clean meal. That's on and off camera. Everyone, wear a complete head covering, gloves over polished nails, and wash your hands! Please.
