You are SOOOOO fun!! As others have said, I too like your attitude. Quilting isn't brain surgery, and no one will die if the corners don't match. What a great way to use crumb blocks, and those extra little cut off HST's. You're so frugal and creative. I really appreciate you showing how you streamline and prep everything. I ALWAYS sew the “bonus” 1/2 square triangles, while I am doing the project. I save ALL of them! I have quite a collection now. It’s nice to see that someone else does this! Thanks for showing this project of yours!

Love this!!! I love crumb piecing! I dont always have time, but its so nice when I do 😃. I also double sew my corners for bonus HST! So many fun ways to use them 😊 love the way you lay everything out in a way that makes sense to you. Makes sewing time so much more fun and relaxing if your project is set up and ready to go. I love the way you sew with the organizing everything. I do not make quilts but love to make patchwork table runners, bags, cushion covers and storage bags and I have to have everything nice and organized, my brain can not cope otherwise and I would just give up.

BOTH of those triangle corners finish the block AND make smaller triangle patches with just another line of stitches 1/2 inch to the tip corner of the whole block. CUt between. Different size hsts can be used for LOTS of other quilts. Don't waste those beauties ))). This is the FIRST video I've seen that mentions this. ))) Just subscribed because of this tip. ))))

OMG! I LOVE this video. I have sooo many left over fabrics. And I didn’t know where to start to organize them. Especially theme/children because of the projects I do at church and theatre. I don't mark my fabric - I mark my sewing machine. It works great for smaller units. The large units I'll either press or draw a center line.
