HI, we booked the resort online and it said free cancellation until a week prior. They took my credit card details to debit once it would go through. But today we received a message saying that 50 percent of it must be paid immediately and gave their bank beneficiary details. Is this the usual practice or should I be aware. Can someone clarify please

Hello 😀 thankyou for the words... So the Food are all menu based for lunch and Dinner of multiple quisines... We can opt for any menu displayed ! I must say prices are not too high for foods like they charging in anyother Hill station resorts charges. Hope it's Helpful 😀👍🏻
