Deli could you do a really cluttered retail store, like a couple who used to travel and collect stuffs sells all their things, with an apartment above it with their favourite collected items. All your builds are quite clean or cosy but not normally very cluttered. Your amazing at any build you do and I really want to see you do this style of home

I was building a house in the sims the other day and I knew exactly what I wanted in my head, and I was building and I thought it looked OK, but then I realized I had forgotten what I wanted and I suddenly hated it, so I stopped, took a break, and then when I went back to building I was able to get it closer to what I had wanted in my head and it looked so much better

Pretty cool! I made an industrial loft type of building with a common area in the first level that I split into three units in Del Sol Valley. It’s meant to be for those artist types that want to make it in Hollywood and I opened up the back of each to have an outdoor space as well as rooftop access where I strung up a bunch of those lights from one of the kids packs to make what I imagine a vibey place to have a rooftop party. Still furnishing it but I kinda wanted to leave it mostly unfurnished so that it can be more realistic to have someone move in their own stuff to their unit. I have the banking mods so I figured the residents could contribute equally to the bills when the time came.

Speaking of having a gallery feel, this would make a FANTASTIC art gallery for a painter/sculptor sim, especially if placed on a Myshuno lot. This is gorgeous. The only thing I'd change is the opening angle of the windows. They should be turned the other way, so the slope keeps rain out of the house instead of sloped inward like you have it, which (IRL) would have rain coming inside. Looking forward to playing with this!

Love your industrial influenced builds. Just a tip, MC Command Center lets you specify the building cheats to be automatically enabled. Saved me plenty of time, I can never remember all the cheat codes either.

Get a Stream Deck from Elgato to solve your cheat issue! I have added all Sims cheats as hotkeys, so I just go to my The Sims setup on the stream deck and click my pre-made buttons to get the game to automatically enter all the cheats I want. I'm not super tech savvy but it took me 10 minutes to setup! (Also the Stream Deck is amazing for streaming and hundreds of more things)

Hey, wanted to let you know, that with mc command center, you click on pc; enter mc command center; mccc settings; notification/ console/menu settings; console command settings; build buy settings, you can enable to have cheats on always without ever typing again in ctrl+shift+c.
