Every night on her radio show, Delilah hears stories of the heart from her listeners, which she in turn shares with millions of other listeners around the world. Today we learn about the woman behind the microphone as Delilah tells us about her growing-up years and how she broke into broadcasting. Despite her broad reach, Delilah has discovered that the easiest way to change the world is by touching the lives of your own neighbors and friends, which she talks about in her new book, “One Heart at a Time.”

Her voice makes me feel good instantly. She is the voice I want to listen to when I feel down or when I feel hopeful while driving. Pure love and comfort. She is on the radio here in Barbados around 8pm.

We started listening to Delilah when my youngest child, Emily, was 2 years old. Emily is now 22 (Turning 23 on Dec. 26) and she now has her 1st baby, Delilah. (3 weeks old) Nothing but love here for both Delilah's!!

I wish Delilah would come back to 100.7 wlev radio. Oh my goodness, I miss her voice and I miss hearing her on the radio. If I remember she's coming at 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday nights I think it was, it's been a long time. Now from what I was told she does still radio but it's in New York City. Unfortunately can't get it, the radio station she's on.

She is more different than I thought she was but in a good way! I love hearing her voice! There is certain meds that make you have certain thoughts....my brother was on a brand of antidepressants and it made him have sucicdel thoughts. He told his doctor he isn't taking those any more cause the whole point of him seeking help was so he wouldn't have those thoughts. I agree with her on that...Definitely be careful of these meds and make sure you get on the right one if you do go on any if them.

I can relate very much with you Delilah I lost a daughter she's 22 I was beat burn t and poison and four foster homes before I was 5 years old my dad remarried the lady didn't like me to the day she don't molested as a teenager by my own father got married at 19 had a Child 3 years after that but right into it five and a half year relationship and then I was married my daughter told him over to divorce my husband because he would commit suicide I've been split up with him 14 years I went right into a relationship and I've been with him for 14 years last January he left me for another woman one month later in my house caught on fire and with missing my daughter the grief is unbearable as you know I ended up going back and stay in the town that girl's mother's house we're now getting kicked out a direction I'm so confused I also write poetry and my heart heart is sad so my poems are sad oh I want to right a autobiography of my life with my poems because I wrote something that touched my hair everything comes from my heart is someone something affects me I right it in a poem turning off my daughter's life support is still so clear please get in touch with me till me what song would fit me the most

Delilah has certainly taken a well known bad-girl name and made it respectable. That really is a God thing. I liked one western where a man sits down in a saloon and asks the girl her name. She answers Delilah. All of a sudden he looks worried.

Delilah you sound so nice , I have lost my trust in everything, I lost my daughter , then to have her ex husbands family take my grandkids and never let me see them and tell them lies about my whole family all because he was unfaithful in their marriage , and I guess they thought I would tell the children , I’m not that stupid but they were so afraid the truth would come out somehow they kept the children away from us, how can people be so mean and have no feelings in their hearts.
