Has anyone actually landed an interview with any of these companies? I apply but never get anything other than an "application received" email and sometimes I don't even get that. I'm starting to get really discouraged 😢.

Hi! Yes, plenty of people are getting hired. These are all publicly posted on the job boards. I post these jobs to help save people time. Make sure you: 1- Customize your resume every time you apply - even if you're applying to similar jobs. 2- Apply for jobs you qualify for. 3- Apply often. It takes many applications these days to get hired. Submitting 10+ applications a DAY is a start. You can't get hired if you don't apply. Stay encouraged! 💚

I understand you it can be discouraging but honestly I have gotten 3 jobs from the leads Delilah sends out within the last 5 years, but I do understand the discouraging part when you apply and apply and nothing comes through but keep going don't give up and review your resume make sure it has those keywords the companies look for on the descriptions believe me that is key my prayers go out to you so that you can find a job, trust me I was 6 months without a job and just got hired this past Friday so I can definitely relate.

Hi everyone! Please don’t give up! I actually interviewed for the Medical Review Technician position through Allegiance that Delilah posted about a month ago. I had the final panel interview left to complete but then their team realized my part-time job was one of their competitors. Therefore, because I was going to continue working my part-time job, I couldn’t work for them…conflict of interest. The lady advised me to reapply if I ever decided to leave my part-time job position. They were very kind and their process was very thorough & productive. Your job may come sooner than you think! Please keep applying!🙏🏽🥰❤️

I got a denial from united health care today and missed the BCD Trainee role. I know demand is high and you need to put in hundreds of applications. Gonna keep going. Even using your software not finding any jobs so its not my resume.

Apply anyways at BCD. You may get a call for their next class they will have. I used to work there and they had classes all the time.

The $15 LabCorp position is literally slave labor. I’ve done that job… the money these companies make they should be paying at a minimum of $25/hr

With the new administration coming in next month, they are already talking about doing away with remote jobs. How do you think that may impact some of these companies that you have on your channel? I am at the point where I think some of these companies are just using our information from the applications that they receive. It's disheartening when you consistently apply for some of these jobs that maybe fake for all we know, and never get a thank you for applying email to say the least.

For context, I've been working remotely since 2016. I've been sharing remote jobs on this channel since 2017. I say that to say, remote work has been a thing for years even before the pandemic, and it will continue to be a thing. Noting the pandemic is relevant because companies had to pivot during the covid years, and therefore, there were many remote jobs to meet the high demand. Since the covid mandates have rolled back, many companies have required workers to go back to the office. So, there are less remote positions available. In addition, you now have many new players in the remote work game because people got a taste of remote work and require it. How does this affect my channel and the companies I share? Well, I'm a data nerd and have been keeping track of every company I've ever shared since the beginning (that's what the Mega List of Jobs is btw). Majority of these companies have had remote jobs for the longest. Only difference post-pandemic is how many are available. None of this is a surprise to me because I knew this was going to happen. I said this was going to happen back in 2020 when everyone first went home. It's almost like we're going back to how things were. What does that mean for job seekers? We gotta bring our A-game and focus on building and honing skills to be competitive in the remote job market. 👍🏾
