Go Pros are good for that. Don't really rate them in other ways, quite unreliable in my experience, but they do get stable footage on rides etc

I got physically tired and thirsty only watching your struggles uphill! And that narrow road is a bit claustrophobic. How do two cars can get past one another? I don't mind about pizza. What's wrong with pizza? You can dig and have a pizza for lunch. Just don't forget digging.

there are a few passing points on the roads but a lot of the roads here are single country lanes, they are common in rural parts of UK. you need to be good at reversing!

How much did it drain the battery going up ?

Think it was only around 20% drained from memory, not as much as you'd think.

Does it regenerate when braking?

No to my knowledge e-bikes don't do that. I would think the re-gen braking technology is quite bulky for a small bike compared to any car.
