z3 has e30 rear suspension like compact e36. However, the trailing arms are longer in z3. Big power compacts will spend over 6k for the Mcoupe complete rear subframe (get the strongest dif and bigger brake capabilities) but it does mean less tire room unless you extend your arches. z3 is only a few pounds lighter (negligible) and will struggle to hold the same chassis stress given no roof.

I daily my 316 compact and do deliver with it too every night for around 4 hours and she loves it. perfect car for it as it's so small and maneuverable! also to get your rear end that low you are on maxpeedingrods e36 coilovers (non compact) right? cus arent the rears on the full size e36 coils longer meaning you can't get as low and whatnot?

I ended up having to swap in Godspeed springs in the rear to get it this low. The maxpeedingrod springs are waaayy too tall

What did u do with EWS in the dome because it’s a m52 did u sent it of to someone or do it yourself with a bmw obd scanner thing

I sent it out to Kassel Performance to have them tune it. I did and EWS delete, emissions deletes, 7200 rpm redline, and a bit of extra power and it was only like $350
