Just turn on the switch of the charger and then plug it in the car directly...this will reset the charger and you are good to go.... -nexon ev owner since 8 months

Are you happy customer As we are not happy customer We feel we have been cheated told it will go 315km per charge but it is going just 180km per charge not abke to go to 250 km which is very disappointing Feel like we have wasted our money

@@poojagaba1334 I knew that Nexon ev prime won't go beyond 200km if I drive it like a petrol car....if I drive it like an ev, it can easily give me around 260 from what I have observed in real world. 315km is not claimed by TATA. It is ARAI certified...so, if u drive it at 40kmph with maintaining the graph flat, u can get more than 315km on highways.
