Hey! First of all, thanks for rhe video, it was really helpful and explanatory!! I have a question. Can i use some sort of stylus with the monitor. I would like to use it for teaching math (so it has a bit of writing), and also a bit of graphic design, so a compatible stylus would really help in my work. Thanks!

Unfortunately, It didn't list compatible stylus. I would assume you can get those cheap pen-like stylus with the rubber ends to have it work with the screen though (as it mimics the finger)

@@JosephKim yeah i thought so. Since the touch screen works with projective capacitive system, you have to use a "passive" stylus. One with a rubber end just s you said. Thanks!

É, mas ele é bem caro também. O u2424h é bem mais barato, mas obviamente que por não ser touch. Outro exemplo é o LG 32gn600b.

I'm still waiting for touch screen future to become a standard on desktop monitors. I personally believe it's a matter of time before that become reality. I mean if you think about it 🤔 monitor have to have some new things in the order to selling right now the marketing is fps, response time and resolution. However in the next generation I will have to advertise sothing new and one of the stuff it able to marketing as future is touch screen. Also touch screen facinalite it's more useful for day to day use that resolution and fps. Especially for companies like office ect

Congrats on the video! I'm having trouble enabling the touch screen. I'm worried that it may be something to do with my computer not accepting this type of function... Could you help me? My notebook is a Avell A62 LIV GTX1650TI. I had to use a HDMI cord, so maybe the function depends on the USB-C cord?

Yes. USB-C is the way monitor talks to the computer. HDMI is only one way. Try connecting the USB hub?

@@mainsink6385 hey, I just chatted with Dell and they said yes, all features, (including the touchscreen) will work with a MacBook.

@@JosephKimoh yes, it works. I use it with a Macbook Pro 2019 plugged straight with the usb-c cable provided for charge and data transfer, and it does everything it says.

I like the possibility of marking up drawings in Bluebeam which I could see in your video. Sad thing is it might allow a proper pen input.

Awful review that buries the fact that you cant really draw on this screen. Like the 2418HT that I have, it's fine for block drawing, scrolling, and pushing buttons, but NOT for any sort of fine precision drawing that you would get from an ipencil on an IPAD.
