Upgrade the RAM to 4+4GB bcz per slot max 4GB capacity total 8GB including both slot. You can upgrade SSD directly, your existing HDD is very old then don't combine with SSD bcz your old HDD will slow down the PC performance. And replace the battery with same part number.
