I watched this video specifically to see if you addressed the ambient temperature sensor. I've been living with an F1 error for a while because I didn't pay attention to where the header was located on the MOBO. (Coincidentally, there is a workaround in the bios to lower the RPM's of the fans but it's great to eliminate the problem altogether.) You took the time to point out the header placement and I was able to get rid of that error for good. Nicely done video!!!

There are tons of low budget options out there, it really just depends on what you are looking for aesthetically and how much you want to pay. I typically like to stick around the $30-50 mark building a low budget build. My best advice is to just do a search on like PCPartPicker and target a spend range.

Some tipps to Improve the Build - There are 7v Molex to Fan Adapter so the Fans run much Quieter ( Max RPM of Fan/ (devided) by 12v x (Times) 7v = Fan RPM Speed). I.e. ( 1500RPM/12v = 125 RPM x 7v = 875 RPM) - Buy a Dell Optiplex 5 pin to 4 Pin/3Pin PWM Adapter to use the Fanheader thats Causing the Error to Pop up ( Recommand a Low Noise Low RPM Fan) - If the F1 Error Still Pops up because of the Frontheader problem you can literally Cut the Front Connector Cable from the Dell Optiplex tape the end with Electrical Tape and Leave it Plugged into the Motherboard That should fix it.

Nice video.... I have a 790 sff with a few upgrades and was thinking of doing this but now I'm kinda liking the fact that it's so easy to clip everything in and out of it and the fact it's not much bigger than my ps4 is a bonus aswell.. Only thing I'm not keen on is the airflow as gpu is directly above the psu which is pretty much maxed out with gtx1650 and a few other bits n pieces. Was thinking about maybe fabricating the case a bit and adding a fan off 4 pin molex and maybe putting a vinyl wrap on the case

No just means the front audio jacks won’t work. You can plug into the back for audio or if you have USB that works too.

I would not recommend that. You would create a severe bottle neck on the CPU and wouldn’t not have pci-e 4.0 available either.
