I think the first priority for work/meetings as WFH, even Office, is background noise reduction for microphone(built in). Like Jabra and the other brands. It would be nice if we could use neep in android or as portable executable, because I think for many employees of global companies, it is hard to add custom software to the whitelist. Or to have the exception approved to install, even worse is procuring license if you are not in the decision making. Any earphone playing white noise or music ought to be enough for concentration. So I think ANC for listening isn't priority.

Good points I think your right the microphone is very important compared to ANC. I wish neep was available for android or iphone but unfortunately isn't supported yet. Thanks for your feedback.

We also found it strange the ANC on vs off wasn't a major difference.

Dell office gear and headsets are not suitable for video conferencing and gaming. The product is nearly junk. Can not make it at all. Do not waste time and effort to acquire it.
