7:15 - 3rd logo, or at least the music and the merging ribbons of colour that accompany it, is the best for me, hands down. Firmly associated with _Doctor Who_ videotapes, particularly when I watched my friend's entire collection of the classic 1963-1989 series in a row over 4 months in late 2005, over 90% of it on VHS. I actually recorded the musical sting accompanying this logo off the TV onto my phone at the end of the final adventure and used it as my ringtone!
