Such a shame you can’t LED exterior lighting when you opt for the sport package on the Lariat. Which is interesting since a Ford Expedition Limited with the Stealth package can be had with LEDs. Hopefully they’ll figure out how to offer blacked out LEDs one day. Weird.

Everything is the same as 2017 & 2018 Lariat model with the exception of the LED headlights that now come in the 2019 LARIAT. Super truck I own THE 2017 LARIAT DUALLY and I'm in love with it. WATCH MY VIDEOS TO SEE WHAT I TOW WITH IT!!!

Is the F350 (2018 or 2019) offered with anything 8 speed or higher?

As of now (2018-19) the trans is a 6 speed, I believe the refresh around 2020 will be an 8 or 10 speed.

I get about 18-21 on the road not towing, and towing a 16500 lb 5th wheel I get about 10.5.

Not rated by the EPA, It really depends on if you're a lead-foot and if you're towing. www.fuelly.com has some good data from a large sample size.

No engine brake but it does have an exhaust brake. I think all modern diesels have exhaust brakes, only Semi trucks have engine brakes.
