Like for the video, but I want to add important things not covered in the video. After using the cappuccinator, wipe the ringlets on the connecting nipple with a damp cloth. If this is not done, they wear out very quickly and the cappuccinator starts spitting milk. Further, at least every six months to disassemble the brewing unit (it is simple) to wash out the remnants of the old grease, lubricate the rings and apply fresh food grease. If you do not do this sooner or later, you can get a tidy sum when repairing the gearbox of the charger (true for all machines of the Delonghi ESAM, ETAM family). And in conclusion, this model has a not very reliable display, which costs a lot of money, so this is its main disadvantage. And so in general, a great machine.

I use this machine for more than 3 years and about 2300 cup of coffee it's very nice coffeemaker but I have two issue the coffee is not too hot as I like it and the times of extraction of the coffee is about 14 sec but to be anust I enjoy every cap of coffee every day thank you for the review

+iEvgen Dudi シ which I like in this machine it dose not required any maintenance for the past 3 year about the temperature setting I make it to hight temp. but the coffee is warm not too hot like whan you get coffee from coffee shop

coffee is never very hot and therefore a good bean in this machine does not do the bean justice...nice machine but coffee out of is disappointing 4/10 at best

Good morning, when making espresso sone of the coffee grounds go to the side of the brew unit. It makes a mess and a waste of coffee grounds. I replaced the brew unit, but still looses grounds . I had it cleaned. I changed the various levels from fine to coarse., What else could it be? I thank you in advance. M.

a good machine but never get good result...coffee can never be hot enough and a good bean in this machine does not do the bean justice...would like to return this machine which was a gift and my other machine given away...luckily have a moka stove top to use my best beans in for best coffee
