i just returned the 3200 my 100 dollar nespresso machine made way more and better crema 3200 sucks for crema no matter the beans i used or grinder settings

Thank you for the feedback. We currently do not modify those models. They can only be used as is. You can fit under the coffee spout 16OZ cup, beyond that you should split it into two separate cups.

@@HomeCoffeeSolutions the quick guide tells you that you can adjust and set the volume of water for each coffee type. Its not very clear how to set the volume. Could you please explain. Thanks

It makes good coffee, but u fail to mention that it doesnt make it hot enough, need to microwave cup, and its so noisy it wakes my neighbors up at 5 am, no exaggeration.

Then there must be a problem with your machine… Mine gets really hot also you can set the coffe temperature…
