I’m not defending what he did by no means but LPD Lafayette, other agencies too will pull you over for the same petty reasons! License plate light, or whatever they say. Probable cause is just bc they darn well want to. While you are so focused on Delphi, you missed it. But google about the 300 or more that were wrongfully arrested, convicted and some serving time, bc of one (that’s been caught) lying cop! Yea! Wrongly stopped, them and car searched! The State nor their Attorneys (PD) bothered to look at evidence or cam footage! Until the Chief of the officer got complaints so he looked. Honest man! So then everyone had to be honest! Those people are and will be getting out. But really if their attorneys had done their job, they wouldn’t have went. So look around. It happens everywhere! Every city the bigger more. Every State! You guys can say it all day everyday but it doesn’t make it true! CC is NOT corrupt! ALL these agencies that worked along side? Helped? Involved? Well they would have to be too! And if they weren’t? Well they would know better than anyone right? They would be the first ones speaking up! It really is time.
