Not really. The attorney’s friend disseminated protected photos of nude/murdered/posed children’s bodies. These attorneys violated court orders & deserve the sanctions that are coming their way. I agree with the families of the victims.

In my opinion no good honest judge would ever allow an accused to be held in a prison prior to and during a trial. It is in fact the county jails responsibility to do this, And not being able to do it is totally unacceptable. This issue alone speaks volumes about her character.

I believe since Judge Gull is appointed and does not have an elected position, that she believes she does not have to be accountable to anyone. The Indiana State Supreme Court, had bad judgment in not addressing this. Surely, they could see this coming. The citizens of Indiana should demand accountability. The world is watching.

It's as if the judge is intentionally preventing the case from moving forward in order to give law enforcement and/or prosecutor's time to beef up their case. If she doesn't recuse herself, you can bet RA will win a new trial on appeal. And should he be found innocent, he'll sue the state for every penny it's got, including Gull, law enforcement and prosecutor. Stupid move on Gull's part - whatever it is she thinks she's doing.

From my interpretation, the state Supreme Court left the door wide open for judge to go back and collect evidence for a hearing this time. And then she will be rid of these two lawyers. We then will be able to see her evidence. At which time we will agree or disagree with her. Before then we can only speculate. Her letter from before wasn’t very clear on the allegations against these two lawyers. My guess judge will say attys violated her gag order and tainted jury pool with claims of abuse and Odinism which should be presented in court and not social media. I personally know people who now distrust Delphi courts because of these allegations. What a mess!!

We say innocent until proven guilty, but this prosecutor and the judge already have him convicted😔😔. Problem, imo is the prosecutor does not have a case he is confident in, so he is doing delay tactics. The judge is supporting him in that. What is so incredibly sad about that is THEY are not considering the victims AT ALL. A biased judge, crooked prosecutor, imo all these shenanigans is to deflect from the fact that the case against RA is not strong enough. Defense said they were ready for trial. So let's get them removed. Now they are back, and properly asking for the judge to be removed and the prosecutor wanting to bring up some mistakes that the defense already admitted were MISTAKES NOT IN PURPOSE. Where are the OTHER ARREST Mr. Prosecutor???? Where is the evidence that really means something??? Why do you want to NOT INCLUDE things that defense feels would clear their client??? WHY IS HE NOT IN JAIL?????? Why make it extremely difficult for him to meet with his counsel to prepare for trial???? And an unfair trial IS NOT JUSTICE for Abbey and Libby😥😥😥. For these issues, it's not about RA'S GUILT OR INNOCENCE. It's about doing right. Following the right judicial practices. Being ethical your duties. I'll go a step further and say that Richard and Kathy Allen are victims as well. Judge Gull needs to go. This appears to be a mirror of a tral in South Africa, where a prominent politician is being tried for massive corruption. In that trial the defense has been attempting to have the prosecutor removed because they are terrified of him. In this case, one can see that the prosecution is in the same, but inverse position.
