A flight review of Delta Air Lines A330-900 Neo from Amsterdam to Seattle in March 2022, just before the full pre-pandemic service resumed.

My personal feeling of the DL One Suites is that they felt slightly claustrophobic (okay, a little hyperbole employed, but you get the idea). I felt the screen was too close to my face- though I don’t know if the actual dimensions would prove my perception to be true. I was just on an Air Mauritius A350 flight which has similar seats, without the door, and did not find that “closed-in” feeling at all. Also, on MK, I could stand in front of my seat and do a 360° turn unencumbered, whereas on DL I could not, without brushing up against the monitor.

I actually just double-checked my itinerary and found they switched me from the 330-300 and D1 to the 330-900NEO (2J).

Personally don’t care for this setup. It’s really cramped, though I can’t figure out how they managed that in spite of having lay flat seats. Agree, the screen is too close, and you can’t put your legs up while sitting up. There’s very little storage. Once I put my handbag beneath the center divider, there was no place for my shoes. Getting in and out to use the restroom is a freaking NIGHTMARE, at least on center right where the workspace and tray table are (they are on the center on center left aisle. Why would you put all the cable/power plug ins between your seat and the exit on one side, and on the center on the companion side? This contributes to things that are plugged in (like a laptop) being problematic when you try to get up. Really REALLY hate these seats.

very bad service I am talking about meal service and please show more detail do they served drink before meal and what about pre-arrival meal but the meal its more premium economy rather business class!

Just got off the J-berg to Atlanta flight. Meals were not premium economy in any way.

Its only for takeoff and landing. FAA rule. Glass and a crash don't mix. No pun intended to well.
