Delta Emulator iOS is a multi emulator for iPhone or iPad. With Delta Game Emulator, the following consoles can be played: Nintendo NES, SNES, GB, GBC, GBA, N64, DS.
Delta does not comes with games, ROMs or DS BIOS files. You need to manually import each DS BIOS file, and add your own games to the emulator.
Delta Emulator iOS offers cheat codes which can be entered in manually. This would allow you to add any Pokemon to your save file, as Pokemon trading and multiplayer is not available in this Emulator.

Must manually save game and save state. Then if you swap device, the saves will also be available on that other device

Someone chimed in and said it's because the N64 emulator is outdated. The sole N64 game I tested was South Park and the sound completely bugged out when I tried to continue after dying.

I gotta ask, where did you get your bios 7,9 and firmware. I understand that you can’t post links because it’s illegal but if you’d be able to send it via insta or something because everything I’ve downloaded isn’t compatible or doesn’t work due to the size.

You just have to open the zip file and it should download everything in the zip file and then upload that file
