A good tip is to get your foot in the door first and do a good job with the airline then apply to be a flight attendant.

Im a little bummed right now sitting at the airport in Atlanta after going through my F2F and honestly feeling like I absolute crushed it but left without getting a cjo which I already know what that means. I honestly don’t even know if I’ll try again because I don’t know what I could have done better. I definitely stood out and every flight attendant and HR person knew my name and even commented on how they loved my energy. I felt like I did well in the interview and can’t think of anything I didn’t do well in the other parts of the process so I just feel at a loss.

I think all depends on the airline. Some airlines will…. Some others won’t.

Regarding the cjo aspect, delta is the only carrier I know who would reach out months later & offer cjos by phone/email because they haven't met their hiring quota. They are also the obly airline I know to have retracted tbnts h offered cjos afterwards because they need to fill up the training classes

Yes you are totally! Like I mentioned in the video. It’s not their main way to offer it but they do it if they need to reach certain quota.

I had my face-to-face and I was the first group to get sent home this is my second time applying last interview I didn’t get past the virtual Interview. I don’t know if I should reply is it normal to get denied this many times

I was denied 6 times. Until I figured a way to become successful at the face to face. That’s what I preach and teach inside of ICA.

Hi Alex, I have my f2f interview in February. I happened to have a dark gray suit and it looks great with a pink shirt and a darker gray tie. Am I going to look like if I'm copying their uniform? Should I change the shirt to a different color? Thanks, I enjoy your videos.

I would say if the tie is not purple, navy or any color that appears to be similar to Delta’s uniform you are ok. The grey suit and pink shirt go well together.

I had my interview today it was an easy conversation with just few questions, and it was only 25 minutes. Wondering if it is s good or bad sign. I believe I was able to answer all questions but I was expecting the interview to last longer

It all depends on how thorough you were with your answers. Some people use the star method but they give very small and simple answers.

@@tomtoka Congratulations 🎉 yeeyy!! Well yes! Is a conversation you gotta have with yourself. You can’t because a Flight Attendant based on money. They flight attendant pay sucks at the beginning. You will a significant increase at your 5 year mark tho.

Do you have any friend who became a flight attendant this way? Or the immigrants already had a visa before apply for this career?

As of now, Delta don’t offer any visa sponsorship. But things may change in the future. In order to get hired you need to be qualified to work in the Is with the appropriate visa requirements.

Have you received the two emails conforming your face to face? There is an email that says: You are confirmed! There is a bullet point that says -Review Delta’s Flight Attandant Event day.. that’s the one.

Get a solid neutral nail color (light pink) and size. Cover any tattoos and eliminate any piercing over your face.

I would it has to be professional but most importantly it has to make you feel confident. So try looking at yourself in a mirror and see which style makes you feel confident the most and there will be your answer.
