Delta Force: Hawk Ops is an upcoming free-to-play action first-person tactical shooter developed by Timi Studio. With the alpha on the horizon, players will soon be able to experience the multiplayer mode of Havoc Warfare enabling teams to out-wit, out-gun, and out-fight the enemy. The PC Alpha for Delta Force: Hawk Ops starts on August 6 with Delta Force: Hawk Ops launching soon to PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X|S, iOS, Android, and PC (Steam).

Watching people talk about this being the Battlefield everyone wanted is actuall mindblowinj given the biggest complaint about BF2042 was operators and this game is doing exactly the same but with arguably even more impactful abilities then BF2042 had. Like one of the operators came over from CoD advanced warfare with his exo skeleton suit and jet pack to boost in different directions....

Whether you like them or not, XDefiant and Delta Force are necessary competitors to broken and stale FPS franchises like CoD and Battlefield. Love the F2P competition in the space. I've become a big fan of XDefiant over CoD (matchmaking really seals the deal for me) and hoping this game provides a better large scale experience than BF2042.

Pretty much. I'm one of the ones who played the older games of the series. Loved those ones. However, I'm on the fence about this game: On one hand, I'm hoping the equipment shown here isn't locked to one operator and would be a fully customizable load out instead. On the other hand, Tencent is running the show. There hasn't been a Tencent game (to my knowledge) that hasn't had a micro transaction.

I’m old enough to remember the old Delta Force games lean on tactical fps and the Black Hawk Down being a little close to early CoD but slow-paced with squad commands. This game… is just chasing trends for the current generation audience (specialists/operators, Current CoD movement etc.)
