TP was one of those quiet professionals who crushed everything in rasp. We did a joint readiness exercise with the ninjas and this is when he was marked out as a performer who got tasks done, made the effort to keep his young rangers tight and squared away with his leadership and mentoring and made sure any success or rewards was put down to Thom AND his men. Then he went down to north Carolina, crushed selection and made it. Next time I see him he's on NBC and I'm on a bar stool. And love and respect to Joshua wheeler RIP. Specifics of that mission and his actions that day are probably highly classified. The fact that his name is also out in the public now means he’s probably no longer apart of that unit as well.
