Ох, тяжело взлетает... Кстати видно как поднявшись на 15-20 метров ракета на мгновение затормаживается и потом снова набирает скорость.

Burning off excessive gasses before main engine start. Its the fire sparks at the bottom of the launchpad that ignites those to get rid of any buildup so they have a controled envirment down there. The rocket itself vents those to, simply put, clear the pipes and make sure they have the right mixture flow of gasses before they light up the main engines.
