Yes, the engine sizes are small compared to the 787 and 777 and should get larger if the trend to more efficient turbine aircraft continues.

You know that PA where they ask if you have specail requests. You should ask them to squak 7500 on the transponder, that way some fighter jets come up to check up on things and you can get some choice air to air video of other aircraft up close. They'll like you for doing that.

I guess so. Sparkling wine is not cheap Prosecco. Sparkling wine is German Sekt or Spanish Cava or French Cremant... So what you have been served was not the most expensive product French Champagne......

You gotta try to fly with the Finnair A350. Finnair Pilots don't get paid per month but per flight I was told by a Pilot so they fly way faster than Star Alliance Pilots. Saves me almost 30 minutes inside Europe. You inspired me to do flight videos, doesn't generate lots of views but I do it for the fun.

United is grossly behind in product quality. Their lounges and hard products don’t measure up, and the soft product is inconsistent. Delta still has some retrofitted well-kept older planes like the 757/767 but their days are numbered.

Does SFO have a Delta SkyClub or Delta One lounge or both? Because if that is a skyclub, that's seriously on par with many business class lounges I've been to. I'm an LA based UA gold member and all I've seen at SFO are the disappointing UA club lounges and the miserable global first lounge.

Delta just announced that they are allowing upgrades on these transcon flights to the One product. I just flew in it from JFK to SFO about a month ago and the service was as good as you mentioned. I just wish the monitor was bigger, but that's a nitpick. The B767 service is a marked improvement from their B757-2, where as you allude that you don't have to crawl over someone here (and the seat truly does lie flat.) Nice report.
