A nice 70's R&B vibe. Another nice touch was the restraint. Too many people today seem to think you've got just empty the sack in every song somewhere. Refreshing to hear a build up coming but then, just a taste. Then again, if you get it all on the first date, well.., do I really need to explain this? Another well crafted, musical presentation. Dam fine musicianship.

This song came out at the perfect time, just as I was finally getting over my divorce... For a couple weeks it seemed like you were releasing a playlist meant just for me! With this, Hitch a Ride, and Heart Won't Break it was really the 1, 2, 3 punch that I needed to get over it.

If you don't know who is Delta Rae, this song is cool. Knowing who they are and what they are capable of... I miss your unique south sound, your percusion, your deep lyrics... This sounds more like Big Machine than Delta Rae. Having said that, as long as you are proud and confortable with what you are currently doing, I will keep supporting you. I'm a huge fan of yours guys, I hope you get all the success that you deserve!

Completely agree. Beautiful song, but very generic without that special Delta Rae flavor. As you said, it's hard hearing this new music and being so disappointed knowing what they are capable of.

Loved this song when we saw them perform it last year. Liz and Brittany had a special energy they gave to it. The recorded version is still pleasant but it seems to lack the emotional effort of the live performance.

When is the next album coming out? If it is after July 26th, 2019 then that means Quentin Tarantino releases feature length material more often than Delta Rae, and dead snails work at a faster pace than Quentin Tarantino.

This is a very pretty song, but again I find myself a little disappointed with how generic and cookie cutter it sounds. Where's the rest of the band? I love Liz, but is the new record label trying to make her the face of the band? I love the variety we used to get from the them as the rest of the band is incredibly talented as well. Also, another breakup song? I know bands evolve, but when you lose the very essence that made people fall in love with you it's frustrating for the fans who have been following you since the start.

Eric had a big break up last year. It's to be expected that a few of the songs he wrote will be along that vein.

I love Delta Rae, but since Big Machine has been in the picture, it's been Delta Liz. I originally fell in love with the notion that they rotated lead singers, but that hasn't been the impression since Nashville.

As I read it, They are no longer a part of Big Machine/ Valory Records....I'm not sure what happened there ...Politics perhaps?>-----I have a feeling it will be the record companies loss......@@randomguy2266
