I may be crazy but I swear I can hear Bonetrousle at 42 seconds into It’s Pronounced Rules. I have only been able to hear the opening notes and I think it is covered up by the melody so I’m not sure if it is actually there or not but maybe someone could isolate the sound? I don’t know how that works. I haven’t seen anyone else mention this so I want to know if I am the only one.

This might be unpopular, but I think that the "Your Best Nightmare" homages people see are a lot more reasonable than "Undertale" in Welcome to the City. It makes sense for Your Best Nightmare to appear where people say it's at, and there's a lot of occurrences of it in both chapters 1 and 2. But having it in Welcome to the City reference the Undertale main theme makes no thematic sense, and the sequence itself sounds much more like a cute flourish of notes than it sounds like the connection you're trying to make.

Not super on-topic but this is the most recent Deltarune leitmotif video so figured I'd ask it here, and also mentioning it to you since you're good with this music stuff: Think there's any sort of hidden connection between Bluebird of Misfortune, and Flashback Excerpt from the Weird Route? Since it's called Flashback Excerpt, and in the game files Bluebird of Misfortune is called Berdly Flashback, I thought who knows, maybe they have a similar sound if you do some speed/tone messing with them, kinda like Undertale Main Theme and The Choice, though they aren't exactly the same, neither are Welcome to the City and Welcome to the City (Weird Route Version), so who knows.
