The file names for all the videos and images revealed(except the green room one) confirm that these events happen in ch4(the file names being called "dr-ch4"), and because Queen introduces the party to her room in ch4 and NOT ch3, it implies that we're not visitng Castle Town in ch3 at all, and therefore, no new song for it. Spamton was a mini-boss, a shopkeeper, a secret boss, and techincally a final boss in Snowgrave. Dude got a whole charity dedicated to him.
