I've had the Deluge for almost a year and a half. Such a great machine, Enrique. You should definitely look into getting one. They really listen to their customers. Major updates about every three months, which make you fall in love with it all over again. It was the one groovebox I'd been waiting for, and it was worth the wait.

Love my Deluge! I've had the Circuit for about a year, and the deluge about three months. Deluge is very powerful, nicely built, 100% portable and can play well with other devices or work well on its own. I'm kind of amazed at how much they stuffed into this thing for the price. And it's been getting regular, significant updates. Pricey but I don't regret it one bit.

Hey, thanks! Deluge has some of the feel of a next level Electribe EMX, it's really nice that you can see the notes in piano roll, and that the patterns can be any length that you want, with multiple tracks. (Also Tenori-On comes to mind)

I'm curious how you'd think it compares to the op-z. Portability isn't the same on the deluge, but looks like it still is small enough to fit your bag and I think size is a factor pointed out too often that shouldn't matter that much.

Chris Cabral I've had mine a few months and that's exactly how I think of it. I've had a circuit for almost a year. They are similar in a lot of ways but the deluge is a much more complete and capable device. Imagine the circuit with 100% synth engine control built in, near unlimited pattern and song flexibility, and a basic but very useable sampler, in a fairly intuitive package.

That could be said. I bought a Circuit earlier, but it seemed too simple for my taste, and the memory is too small. Deluge opens up the limitations that a lot of other gear has. For example, 26000 patterns max on an SD card, as many samples as can be fit in 32gb.

It's pronounced deluge /dɛljuːdʒ/ dell-u-dge as in severe rain. Hence the company's play on 'storm' in Synthstrom.
