Dear Jenny, I have been following you for several years and never commented. I really feel you in that one, you really seem happy and excited in this experiment and it is such good vibes you express ! I found this video was the most authentic and relatable. I was much more connected to you than usually. It makes me think that taking risks and try new things really what i want to see and feel! Fuck perfect, there is a higher power in exploring the unknown in genuine joy and curiousity. Anyway. Sending you love!

Hi Jenny! Would you ever do a video on Tarot? Your journey to it, what resources (books, podcasts, etc) you use to learn? How you feel using it has affected your life and intuition, etc? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Loving all your content! This 50+ mama is working hard to de-slump; it's so hard! Been ill as well and the balance of being gentle/resting plus pushing a bit to increase productivity - can be a bit of a mindf*ck. So glad to be on the journey with cuties such as yourself. Cheers xoxo

Maybe this is different in English and Spanish but I changed "I have to" (tengo que) to "I want to" (quiero) and this different manifestation has been helping me a lot to shift my mind to a positive path...🌠

I like to use this one too when I need a little motivation to stay positive "the story I'm telling myself is..." gets me out of a funk MOST of the time. ;)

jenny i've been following you for years and years and practically growing up with you and seeing you voice some of the experiences (that for me can be so discouraging) and put positive light and perspective to them was just so refreshing and timely. putting your videos on inspires me and motivates me so much thanks for making me feel so seen

Jenny I’ve been loving your most recent videos so much. I think we’re collectively in a world slump, *on top* of personal slumps. Using “I get to” and “what would happen if” mentalities vs “I have to figure out x,y,z” seems like such a cool shift that I’m definitely going to try to adopt. Keep on keeping on.

I related with this a lot. I spent most of this year in a slump rather than living life. As I go through this healing journey I understand the struggle of trying to get yourself to do things and falling out of it in the end. That’s how most of my days go. I like to think of it one step at a time. Sending love

Thank you for sharing. I’m going through a hard time with the stage my toddler is in and my partner and I have been fighting a lot. I haven’t been working out. I have been self-destructing. I haven’t been eating, the coffee in the morning & no appetite / stomach messed up all day really resonated with me. I loved this dialogue. So many people are just on autopilot so I love to pick the human brain and explore different strategies. Oftentimes the smallest things can make the biggest impact. I think these kind of videos are what people really need because the perfectly edited videos that always have an “end” or some sort of destination / resolution are nice too but like it’s Not real life. And becusse we spend so much time online we end up in this comparison cycle trap. I just crave the real ness and connection that this video inspires.

Really enjoyed this video! Both the subject matter and format are so sweet and characteristically you, but still different from your other vids. I appreciated how you articulated the balance between positive thought correction and not shaming yourself/accepting when you genuinely feel bad and can't push through that feeling. Taking control of your thoughts and feelings can be very powerful, but it's not always possible! And that's ok. Thank you Jenny

makes me think about incorporating human design into this- you may be in a generator and if so you have to respond to your environment and depending on what arrows are pointing in which direction- maybe planning or “shoulding” your day, being consistent etc. is not your thing! so curious to me to, so curious what your energy type is. sometimes it’s totally not a motivation/ will power issue :)

i love this style of video, can't explain why lol but i really do. i definitely feel like thinking about the "what if" and reframing your thoughts in general is so effective, i know for me when i don't feel like doing one thing i no longer feel like doing anything (which is precisely why i'm in a bad slump rn, also mental illness lol), so definitely want to try to shift my mindset in those times where doing things is hard. i so appreciate these videos lately, makes me feel much less alone, it's not stupid at all! thanks for always being real, and a huge comfort ❤️

What would happen if I commented on this youtube video (something I've never done before) to ask what would happen if you made more trial and error videos? Not sure but maybe you would make more videos that help us all out! In all seriousness. enjoyed this one a lot and feeling like you really helped push me towards work on reframing and pushing myself to do the little and big things in life that I know I want to do deep down...appreciate your realness and how you share your successes (and not as great moments) so that we can all learn from them and make ourselves better together! Appreciate you taking a big step and putting this one out into the world, ditto to other commenters that this is one of my favorite if not my all-time favorite video that you have made so far :)))
