Always fun to watch these play-thru videos! A technique I have used is to map the dungeon using a single "party marker" to move about. Then, when an encounter happens, move the focus to a separate tactical display drawn using a scale that allows for a miniature to comfortably represent each combatant. Cheers!

Awesome stuff. How are you liking Delving Deeper?

It's a great game beyond the bizarre space measurements. Simple, to the point, and has a lot of extremely useful tools for generating things you need. Solid 10.

Great to see you back! About the size of the squares, my suggestions would be to either keep it as it is, but use 1 mini for the entire party and 1 mini per 4 enemies. Or, and this is probably better in my opinion, make it so you use 4 squares for what's currently 1 square. That way 4 minis fit in one square (closer to 3 than 1 is) and you get more interesting/tactical combat, because there's more room to move around. And then you don't have to get smaller minis, and you can instead use all your minis you already have. And it's just as easy to draw, just takes up more space. But probably looks better on camera too.
