Yup! That debate was one for the history books. I honestly can’t think of anybody that would be doing better in the race against Trump than Kamala Harris. First, she goes against all “norms” and picks Tim Walz as her running mate. Somebody most of us never even heard of till 2 weeks before she picked him. To me, she demonstrates her ability to think outside the box and inject a lot of common sense in her decision making.

How much of Harris's performance do you attribute to her being a prosecutor in the not too distant past? Parts of what she did reminded me of an effective cross examination. There's a skill to it that is often under appreciated

As a former prosecutor myself, I think that definitely adds to her debate skills. You have to be prepared to react in the moment depending upon what the person says. You can be prepared and have a game plan, but you also have to be mentally adroit enough to deal with unexpected things as they happen. She was fantastic!

From south america myself it felt like a 2v1 against Trump, both sides saying wild stuff saying it would be ww3 with her and for Trump that it would be a blood bath for americans if he doesnt win civil war style, both capping on their own way... But only one getting called for it🙄

I don’t think Harris did much better. Put your bias aside she said things that have been proven false and went off on stories and tangents instead of answering questions. I think it was a poor performance on both ends
