My mom has dementia, my dad is physically unwell. Mom cannot understand why dad has around the clock caregivers. She hates that furniture has been moved to accommodate my dads needs. She thinks there are all these people in her house (multiple caregiver shifts). She sometimes doesn't think my dad is even at home.

I've recently found this channel and I plan to watch all your content. For awhile now my grandma has been slowly fading and while she has tons of support, it's not always optimal. So this is a life saver.

I would ask him what he wants to say to mom and dad. That will help you better come up with an excuse as to why not right now. Sometimes they simply want the love and validation from Mom and Dad that you could easily give as well.

Your tips are good, but how do you deal with your lo when they insist that one's your spouse is stealing from them? I've tried everything.
