A 10 minute race today changed you forever. Demi Stroumboulis, you impress me daily. Such a fierce competitor in everything you do. Always pushing the limits and wanting to do better, always. This was one for the books. Your first ever National Cross Country race in the most extreme weather conditions. Persevering and learning. Cheered on from your insane sister, Viviana, and everyone back home and your family abroad.
Keep climbing, pushing and doing what makes you happy. I'm so blessed to be next to you along this ride, guiding anyway I can.
