Dang they really pushed Kyujin this comeback. Most lines, most screen time, and probably most center time considering she also got the center in the dance break. She’s talented no doubt but she overshadows everyone else except maybe Sullyoon in this song

Absolutely no hate to Kyujin (I love her seriously) but her having almost as much screen time as Haewon, Bae, Lily and Jiwoo COMBINED is unreasonable imho. Nmixx is a 7 member group, for 1 member to get 30% of the screen time when 4/7 members only get 34% all together is just ridiculous. Every member of this group is so ridiculously talented and has trained so hard for years to debut, JYP (NOT Kyujin) is doing these girls such a disservice by not properly showcasing their talents.

Most groups in every company have to choose a person to push/highlight (chosen by the company ofc) like Nayeon, Wonyoung, Yeji, Karina,.... since a group has many members to focus and they want the audiences to remember or know a person first then the group, so this distribution was abs not shocking. However, this is just my opinion not hate to anyone, the one they should "push" in Nmixx is Jinni, she was even the published center before they debut.

I feel like the only one whose actually pushed loads is wonyoung. yeji is really popular and usually gets loads of lines but she's not the center or leads the dance break or anything, karina is promoted as a visual and center but she doesn't always get the most lines but since aespa is a 4 member gg they all shine, nayeon usually starts the song, gets loads of lines and screentime and gets high notes but she doesn't lead the dance breaks and she's not always at the center at the end of the songs. but in nmixx kyujin opens the song, sings the prechorus, sings parts in the chorus, gets raps, gets high notes, leads the dance break, is center at both the end of the song and it seems like she's being pushed too much, but good for her if

They're using Sullyoon to attract stans dude. This is a marketing strategy. She literally is the member with the most noise among the korean fans. Many koreans asked for center Sullyoon during their debut era and because their debut wasn't a success they complied. Many asked for more lines for her, they complied but can you blame them? it's a way to gain more attraction why wouldn't they do it? It's unfair, maybe? But it's also unfair to Sullyoon, imagine being suddenly shoved in the center, it wasn't her choice, it's the company's but now she has to deal with constant hate for being center/thumbnail...

I am a multi-stan .. I stan Kyujin, Sana, Yoona, Karina, Rosé, Yuna, Wendy, etc.. In bigger groups like this,, its also important to understand how and to whom the lines will get matched better ... I say this with a heavy heart. This in my opinion is one of the worst comebacks I have ever seen. i love NMIXX but this song is not it. You have the strongest Vocal group of the 4th gen and this is the song choice you decide to put out. on a positive note the girls always rock and make it tolerable. they always look amazing and kill the choreo. they always sound amazing. How could you not utilize the most powerful vocal Duo in the business ?? Lily/Haewon..... not to mention you literally again have the best vocal group of any generation ... every girl has a supportive range.... ugggghh.. just dissapointed they deserve better... instead of using the budget on the video .... they should get better songs for the girls.... ..

yes the song is shitty they all are great vocalists why force rap talking to them and force bad mixing song to them. istg jype need to pull their sht together as fast as they could. Jiwoo needs to work on her visuals before getting more screen time. I liked her parts though. Lily, I am not sure why she got so little, she did shine though. Bae, inexistent, I don’t even remembered she was in the group. KyuJin is not ready to be center, her stage presence does not match the amount of lines or screen time. Jinni is more beautiful that she gets credit for. SullYoon is exactly where she should be :)
