I am glad you enjoyed the voice assistant. I work on the team who developed it. Pro tip: you don't have to wait for the beep when using the wakeup word. You can just say "hey Toyota take me to Starbucks" Also try "tell me a joke" or "flip a coin"

PLEASE - How does the "easy speak" feature work in the 2023 Highlander Hybrid Platinum? It was listed on the spec sheet but I cannot find it in the manual. There are no videos for the new operating system,

The new entertainment system is very user-friendly however I must say that the JBL sound system is not as crisp and does not handle the bass well. I’m very disappointed with the actual sound system especially the left door which has been rattling with high bass music I took it to the dealership and the same problem existed in another Toyota tundra. Make sure you check the music before you buy the truck

You can just pair your phone but to get full use you should download the app as soon as you pick up your new vehicle
