Demo of the DSP features on our new T-Style Xl and Generation 6 T-Style Radios

I'm running a Rockford Fosgate DSR1 using the Maestro T-harness in my Jeep JL, and I really like the RF DSP. Is it possible to keep the DSR1 and it's DSP controls but with the Gen 6 T-style? What would be the best way to wire, factory harness and let the DSR1 handle the processing or RCAs from the T-style to the DSR1?

@@MarkTMueller I would try first letting the DSR one try before you change it. If you want to try better signal use our TOSLYNk output to the DSP.

Do I need a signal processor to install to my radio to my factory 2020 Ford Raptor ? I’m running all non factory speakers, tweeters and sub box

No. So long as the B&O amp has been removed or replaced. The radios have 3 PRE Outs as well a TOSLYNK output.

Will this help my system? I’m currently running a C2 JL Audio System with two 10 inch TW03 and two RD Amplifiers with the PAC Amp pro integrated system? Still using the 8 inch screen, but would like you to grab one if these if I could save on a DSP

This would give you a better signal than using a high level adapter. But isn’t as in-depth as a DSP in control. So it can work better than factory radio. But not as good as an actual DSP.

@@LinksWellInc Also have two more questions before I make the purchase. Will I still be able to use FordPass App and will I be able to use my current 360 camera to use the turn signal and the camera activates? Found out already I don’t need the camera mod since it’s a button to switch views.

@@702Kinnal so the Ford MyPass app will work but you will lose the ability to track the truck using the app. As for the factory 360 working with turn signals no. The factory system doesn’t function that was so we can not make it function that way.

Yes. It’s inside the vehicle settings app.

Will you be updating the Gen 5s software?

No. The firmware matches the hardware. So the generations can not share firmware because they do not share hardware.

I bought this unit & Netflix isn’t available on the unit. I’ve seen on others why I can’t download it on mine?

So it’s a Google Play Store security thing. Because the tablet is rooted the PlayStore prevents the download. You can either download the APK from our website or you can search the video I made about installing APK Pure and then downloading Netflix from APK Pure instead of Google Play Store.

Will this system support B&O in Ford? Will there be a surround sound like in sync?

We have a video showing the install of the B&O adapter. Your audio should sound similar to factory. When retaining factory amplified systems with aftermarket radio there is a possibility of losing audio quality due to having to adapt to special audio signals.

@@LinksWellInc Thanks for the quick answer, I read it several times and didn’t really understand. Yes, I saw that you have an adapter, but does it really use all the features of B&O? Will you have a separate subwoofer or center channel control? I was an unhappy user of a 14.4 screen, as it turned out, the stereo signal simply goes to the amplifier, and the surround sound disappears.

@@ADRIABoatsSlovenia so a factory amplified sound system using proprietary signaling. So it isn’t anything that is normal or that an aftermarket radio will create. So you have to translate the signal. When you do that you often lose quality. There really is no way around it. So we hijack the audio on the B&O, then feed our signal into the radio for it to decode to the amp. So we have the best way possible to get a signal in the system. As for controlling it. That’s is a whole different ball of wax. We do have some of the factory amp audio controls on our radio inside the vehicle icon. I won’t tell you that it will sound the same as the factory radio which is designed to work together because I can’t promise that is true.

The Ford F-Series is availble now. The Ram, Jeep, and GM trucks are about 30-60 days from hitt8bg market.
