almost every article on the Washburn EA15ITB say they were featured or were commonly used on mtv unplugged but none of them ever mention wich ones specifically or by whom. and ive seen almost all of them. except the ones that cant be viewed in the US on you tube. a list would be nice. you can literally type who played a Washburn EA15ITB on mtv unplugged or any variation of that phrase and they will all mention it was on mtv unplugged but will never list one specifically

There used to be a ferry that crossed Lake Eerie into Ohio. I suppose it depends on where your at but I'm sure Washburn ships to Canada.

It should work fine for a beginner..its a slighty smaller acoustic which to me in my opinion is better for a beginner at least it was easier for me to learn on..my thing is if you truly have the desire to want to learn and play ya will just about make anything work due to the excitement lol

I wouldn't suggest it , simply because it's a little too invested , w/ electric capabilities , for someone whom will possibly put it down. I would , on the other hand suggest one of the cheaper , more basic Takemine / Fender / Taylor models. That's just the opinion of someone who has played for 20 years. I am by no means a "teacher" whom who's professional opinion you should seek.

Yeah they have no customer service phone number. As for the sound , I agree. However , I just got one and I put silk and steel strings on it and it made a world of difference. With regular acoustic phosphor bronze these guitars sound thin and tinny . Silk and steel softens and warms up the tone quite a bit. The pick up system is actually pretty good. The EQ gives a lot of tonal options although the mids sound a bit nasally. But overall those strings really made a difference.

I purchased this instrument and first run it through a Fostex studio monitor just wanted to hear what sounds like without any eq. For what you're paying, this instrument sounds great! Try connecting the device you're playing this video on into an amplifier of decent quality, you may be pleasantly surprised; just a thought friend!
