I'm a targeted individual that is under 24hr 7day a week surveillance in Bothell, Washington. It's used by vigilantes and some in law enforcement for intimidation. Ive been drugged, set up and now live under extreme oppression with my civil and human rights stripped from me. This began in CA and followed me and intensified once I moved to Washington State. It started back in 2014. If it was just surveillance I wouldn't care, but they break into your apartment, tamper with food, damage/ move items, bully, mob, and sabotage you out of employment.
